I Dare You: Presidential Elections

I dare you to vote without bias. Don’t look at whether the candidate is republican or democratic. I dare you to see them not as black or white. I dare you to do some research. I dare you to define yourself and your ideas and try to vote for a candidate that matches those. Enough of the television debates. Enough of the hashtags and tweets. Look beyond any cosmetics or commercials.

How do you feel about healthcare, taxes, death penalty, gun control, drinking age, climate change, abortion, or war? Write it all down then go research the candidates. How does each one feel about those topics? Does it match what you want? Because, if you are voting simply because of what they said on television or what they wore last week, we are nothing but a hollow materialistic country.

I dare you to cast an educated vote.
